Lawn Care Technician

Job Description      

M-A-D-M Lawn Care is seeking licensed lawn service technicians

for our Las Vegas, NV location.

This position will be responsible for providing

professional lawn care, landscape and other related services to our clients.

The ability to execute daily routes while delivering top notch customer service is essential.

You will help maintain the professional M-A-D-M Lawn Care image through daily inspections of your service vehicle and equipment.

Maintenance of the lawn along with an eye for detail is

considered mandatory.

A professional appearance and a positive attitude

are the most important attributes of

a M-A-D-M Lawn Care service employee.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Provide timely lawn & landscape applications to all clients.

Respond to customer inquires daily.

Recommend and schedule treatments to new and existing customers.

Keep detailed pesticide application records.·

Uphold all laws governing safe pesticide applications.

Deliver the highest level of customer service at all times.

Qualifications: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Obtain Nevada/Las Vegas pesticide applicators license

in appropriate category.

Perform duties in extreme weather conditions.

Ability to work Saturdays/overtime during peak periods.

Previous industry experience not required, training provided.

Experience with small engine maintenance a plus.

Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving history

The person hired will be doing chemical routes when needed for lawn care & insect / disease control for shrubs, working on a lawn maintenance crew, and helping other crews with various jobs if needed.
