An Emotional Literacy Intervention based on the Houses of Healing Program

This free online training will give you a solid overview of the core concepts and teachings in Houses of Healing. Houses of Healing volunteers often play a pivotal role in helping incarcerated men and women turn a corner and truly alter the course of their lives. We consistently hear from volunteers that the experience of facilitating Houses of Healing is a rich and rewarding one. We expect that you will find it deeply rewarding as well.

In addition to the free training, there will be a Free Monthly Conference Call for all individuals who have registered for the free online training and purchased the texts, the Houses of Healing book and facilitator’s manual (which are offered at a significantly reduced rate for registrants).  These calls will be an opportunity to join in with a community of fellow participants and ask questions or share your Houses of Healing volunteer experience with others.
