Central Texas Electric Cooperative, Inc, Comanche Electric Cooperative, San Bernard Electric Cooperative, South Plains Electric Cooperative, and United Cooperative Services all offer this assistance. Families and individuals in Texas can receive financial aid to help pay heating and air-conditioning bills, equipment repair, medical bills, equipment for the handicapped, life support equipment, utility bills, staple food items and prescription drug medicine.
Reliant Energy
